WHAT TO EXPECT

We can’t wait to get to know you. Here is what you can expect from us on your first visit.

Your experience begins by calling the salon to book an appointment with one of our Manestreet Hair team members. 

*Once you have an appointment you can expect an email from us regarding salon policies and Covid 19 procedures. 

*You will also receive a phone or text confirmation the day before your scheduled appointment. 

If you need to make any changes to your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

*When you get to the salon we have free parking in the lot or on the street in front.

Once you have checked in, filled out your new client form, and met your stylist our next goal is to understand everything there is to know about your hair.

*Once your stylist has a clear understanding of your hair's history and your hair wish list, together we will tailor a plan for your specific needs.

Your stylist will go over the plan in full, let you know all the maintenance it requires, and answer every question you have to make sure you are confident and ready to begin.

*The time in the chair is your time so please bring a book, work from your laptop or just sit with your eyes closed and relax. It is up to you.

We pride ourselves on a light and comfortable environment where we aim to please.

*We use only premium colour lines and haircare products such as Redken and Amika and offer both of these premium haircare lines for purchase along with an array of other boutique items and gift cards for you shopping convenience.

 

We understand that life sometimes changes quickly so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us at least 24 hours (48hrs for longer appointments). Guests that have longer scheduled appointment times may be asked to leave a deposit which would be non-refundable if appointment is cancelled within 48 hours.

Covid 19 PROTOCOLS

Manestreet Hair's main priority is the health and safety of all its team members and guests that spend time in our salon space. We have a responsibility to ensure everyone is protected in the workplace. This may include setting safety measures that are slightly different from public health restrictions and guidelines. To continue minimizing the risk of Covid-19 transmission and to ensure that employees and guests have a reasonable opportunity to receive their vaccinations, we have decided to continue with the mandatory use of face masks, extra cleaning and disinfecting in the salon until further notice. This will allow us to see how Saskatoon and our Province is doing overall before safety measures change in our salon.  

What to expect: Our salon will be running at approximately 75% capacity and we will continue to maintain the extra level of disinfecting that we have been doing. We will continue with our current salon hours. Please continue to self monitor your health and only come visit us if you are feeling well. A minimum of 24 hours for cancellations is required.
