WHAT TO EXPECT

We can’t wait to get to know you. Here is what you can expect from us on your first visit.

Your experience begins by calling the salon to book an appointment with one of our Manestreet Hair team members or using our online system. 

*Once you have an appointment you can expect an email from us if you booked on line. 

*You will also receive a phone call or text confirmation the day before your scheduled appointment. 

If you need to make any changes to your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

*When you get to the salon we have free parking in the lot or on the street in front.

Once you have checked in, filled out your new client form, and met your stylist our next goal is to understand everything there is to know about your hair.

*Once your stylist has a clear understanding of your hair's history and your hair wish list, together we will tailor a plan for your specific needs.

Your stylist will go over the plan in full, let you know all the maintenance it requires, and answer every question you have to make sure you are confident and ready to begin.

*The time in the chair is your time so please bring a book, work from your laptop or just sit with your eyes closed and relax. It is up to you.

We pride ourselves on a light and comfortable environment where we aim to please.

*We use only premium colour lines and haircare products such as Redken and Amika and offer both of these premium haircare lines for purchase along with an array of other boutique items and gift cards for you shopping convenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life sometimes changes quickly so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us at least 24 hours (48hrs for longer appointments such as colours or lightening services). Guests cancelling appointments with less than 24(48) hour notice may charged a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of the appointment. if you do not show for your appointment you will be charged a no show fee, which is 100% of your service.

*We understand that sometimes things happen and we ask if you are running late please call the salon. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service if their is not enough time at he full cost of the service.

*Guests that have longer scheduled appointment times may be asked to leave a credit card on file which would only be used if you do not cancel before 48 hours as per our policy.

*Sometimes our staff has an emergency or are not feeling well and can not come to work. We will call to notify you as soon as possible. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment with the original stylist or offer you another salon team member.

OPEN CHAIR POLICY

It may happen that you can't get into your preferred stylist or you want to try someone else. Maybe your stylists pricing outgrew your budget or you just want a change.  We have an amazing team of highly trained stylists with different specialties, experience, demand on time, schedules and pricing so that you can feel confident and comfortable in anyone's chair! 

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY 

 

If you are having any issues with your service you received please let us know within 3 days. We will make every effort to help you .  

There are no refunds on services.

We understand that you might change your mind on the look you thought you wanted. We would be happy to make changes at the full cost of the service(s) being redone.

 PROTOCOLS

Manestreet Hair's main priority is the health and safety of all its team members and guests that spend time in our salon space. We have a responsibility to ensure everyone is protected in the workplace. This may include setting safety measures that are slightly different from public health restrictions and guidelines. To continue minimizing the risk of illness in the salon and to ensure that employees and guests are comfortable we have decided that the use of face masks is optional. We will continue with extra cleaning and disinfecting in the salon. 

What to expect:  We will continue with our current salon hours. Please continue to self monitor your health and only come visit us if you are feeling well. A minimum of 24 hours for cancellations is required. Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years, we appreciate you and thank you   for continuing to keep Manestreet Hair safe!
