When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, we will be asking that you please wait in your vehicle until prompted by a salon employee via personal invitation or phone call initiated by the salon guest or salon staff.
Please ensure that when we make your appointment, that you provide us with your current cellphone number and email address to have on file for contacting you and tracking purposes.
We have made the decisions as a team that we feel it would be safest for every guest to wear a mask to your appointment. We can provided one for a fee if you don’t bring your own. We ourselves will be wearing masks, eye protection and using fresh aprons for each guest for everyone’s safety.
As we are working at 30%-50% capacity and to promote physical distancing, we will no longer be double-booking clients. So please be advised that some upcoming pre-scheduled appointments will change due to this fact and we are doing our best to accommodate everyone as quickly as we can.
Unfortunately, upon our reopening we are no longer able to serve beverages. We will also no longer have magazines available during your appointment or candy set out.
We will be providing hand sanitizer at each station, as well as at the front desk, and we ask that you sanitize and/or wash your hands upon your arrival to the salon before we begin your appointment.
We will be asking screening questions when you enter the salon so please reschedule 24 hours in advance if you are not feeling well, have travelled or been exposed to covid-19.
If you do not show for your appointment the appointment fee will still be due.
Please in order for us to comply with physical distancing guidelines, we ask that you do not bring anyone to your appointment with you.
Please limit the amount of personal items you bring into the salon, they will be kept on your lap.
Clients will not be changing into gowns at this time.
All common areas, as well as each station will be disinfected after each guest.
We will still be offering curb side pick up for all your hair care needs, call us to place your order.
We ask that you do not pay with cash or cheque.
You may notice a different billing system as we are implementing a new colour tracking system.
We are all doing our very best to reschedule all our clients who missed appointments in March, April and May and ask you to be patient with us as we navigate through this new normal.
